If you are looking to head into the city, down town Miami knows how to start the party beyond the South Beach borders. Start off with dinner at Fratelli Lyon, an Italian restaurant that prides itself on authenticity and taste. For a less expensive dining experiencing Mr. Yum, a Japanese and Thai casual restaurant is reviewed as some of the best sushi in Miami and not pricy at all. Circa 28 is a artsy bar that prides itself on a contemporary environment with a very classical décor. The feeling at Circa 28 is more of a coffee house lounge that welcomes music, people and ideas from all over the world. Head over to the opposite extreme with Club Space. This club is all dance, all night with Hip Hop blowing up the speakers and clubbers making it pop on the dance floor.

The scene at Club Space is as if you were in one huge party and every one is there to enjoy the beats and the vibe. According to its website, Club Space is one of the longest running Hip Hop clubs in Miami and by the looks of it, it is not going anywhere. Lastly, Karu and Y in downtown is a night life sight to see. Palm trees, candles and just plain simple stunning views, Karu and Y is an absolutely chic and elegant place where party goers wait hours in line just to get a couple hours inside. The price of beauty is a little high when it comes to this venue as the drinks and cover charge can get a little pricey especially when there are celebrities in the buiding, which in a spot like this can be quite often. Once again, definitely a must do when in Miami.
